A refund can be issued under the below-mentioned circumstances: (a) Order is canceled as per the customer’s request

(b) Dissatisfied with the quality of the product:
- If the products seem too unsatisfactory to the recipient due to poor quality or lack of freshness, a 100% refund will be issued to the customer under the below-mentioned circumstances:
The recipient has returned the flowers instantly in intact condition to the delivery boy or at the mentioned address
And
The customer must send us an email stating the reason for returning the product. Please mention the order details in the email.
(c) Ordered flowers types or colors not available on that day:
If particular flowers or item types or colors are not available on that particular day in the specified zone, the customer will be informed to choose the alternate item if the customer does not like the alternate option, a 100% refund will be issued to the customer.
(d) Delivery location beyond our coverage area: In case the delivery location falls in the non-delivery zone or the location is not accessible due to some unavoidable circumstances.
Refund Procedure

- You will be asked to send us a good-quality picture of the product depicting the issue. If accepted, a Refund will be done within three days of your order cancellation due to the above-mentioned criteria. The customer will receive an email mentioning the refund details. The amount will be credited to the customer’s account within 5-7 working days once the refund is done from our end.
Cancellation Policy

If any customer wishes to cancel his order, she needs to be informed 24hrs before the delivery/dispatch date. In this case, 10% of the order amount will be deducted as the processing charge.
Any complaint regarding the quality issue of the hand-delivered product should come to us within 24 hrs of delivery. The customer/Recipient needs to send a snap of the product for our investigation purpose. Refund or re-delivery may happen depending on the complaint but this is the sole discretion of the management.
In case of hand delivery of perishable items like Flowers, we may call up the recipient to know the landmarks or to take an appointment for the delivery. We will treat the order as attempted delivery in case the recipient is not available at the time of delivery or he/she refuses to accept the product due to some personal reason. In such cases, we will not entertain any further complaints regarding this issue.
The Website reserves the right to refuse the delivery of any order unconditionally without providing any reason. Customers are entitled to get a 100% refund in such cases.

A refund can be issued under the below-mentioned circumstances:
- A wrong product has been dispatched if a product does not match the item selected during order confirmation.
- If you identify a quality or a manufacturing defect in the received product.
- If the product is received in a damaged condition. Please do not accept any package if it is tampered with or damaged upon delivery.
Refund Procedure

- We will then get back to you with your return request status within 2-3 days of receiving your request mail. Once your return is accepted, we will arrange a return request for your product.
- Once the merchandise is back at our store. It will take 3 days to process the refund and 5-7 days to reflect in your account.
