  1. The arrangements of flowers shown on our website are indicative. The actual arrangements can differ depending on the availability of the flower and any other unavoidable circumstances. Hand delivery items can also vary depending on the stock. The company has the right to change items etc though we always ensure to deliver equal or higher value and good quality products.
  2. In case any Hand Delivery items like Flowers are not available according to the order in the respective city or town then we will deliver the best quality available flowers of equal value and or higher value to the customers.
  3. Delivery schedule varies between same-day delivery to delivery within 3 business days depending on the destination city or town. However, in all metropolitan cities, we deliver on the same day, within 1 business day in all major cities & towns within 2 business days and 3 business days in all other places.
  4. We ensure the delivery on the scheduled date but we do not provide any assurance of time. It will deliver within our normal time frame. However, we always try to deliver the item in your mentioned time but we do not guarantee the same.
  5. If there is no delivery date found in the order copy, we will deliver/dispatch the item within 24hrs of your order placement.
  6. We will treat the order as attempted delivery in case the recipient is not available at the time of delivery or he/she refuses to accept the product due to some personal reason.  In these cases, we will not entertain any further complaints regarding this issue. However, we always try to call the recipient to avoid this kind of inconvenience.
  7. The owner of the site retains the right to refuse any order unconditionally.
  8. Any complaint regarding the quality issue of a hand-delivered product should come to us within 24 hrs of delivery. The customer/Recipient needs to send a snap of the product for our investigation purpose. Refund or re-delivery may happen depending on the complaint but this is the sole discretion of the management.
  9. Cancellation requests should come at least 24 hrs before the date of delivery. Cancellation will do with the deduction of a 10% processing charge from the actual amount.
  10. Our Cut off time is 4 P.M. IST for the Same Day Orders including midnight. Orders received after our cut-off time will normally proceed for next-day delivery. However, though we try to deliver within that day only we can’t promise the same.  In such cases, we request you contact us to know the status of your order.
  11. The price of the items are subject to MRP restrictions and are being sold on our website after adding up the costs like service charges and online transactions cost. The various components cannot be shown due to technical bindings and the customers are assumed to understand the same.
  12. Orientalflowers. store has full authority to refuse any order without stating the reason to the customer. A refund will be initiated to the customer if we refuse the order for any unavoidable reason.
  13. Trademarks, Logos, of the products sold on this website belong to the respective companies.
  14. Sometimes delivery of certain items may not possible due to some unavoidable reason. In such a case, we will issue a 100% refund to the customer.
  15. We are not liable to pay any type of claim other than a 100% refund of the order amount. The claim should be raised within 24 hrs of the delivery/nondelivery.
  16. All claims are subject to the jurisdiction of the local Court only in Kolkata.
  17. Merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the pre-set limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time

Important Disclaimers:

  1. We ensure the delivery on a date but we do not provide any assurance of time, though we try our level best to deliver on your specified time. There are certain gift items like leather bags, toys, watches, apparel, etc will be delivered through courier service and we may not provide any guarantee of date and time of delivery in such cases.
  2. Delivery date if chosen in contravention to the above terms will be ignored and we shall proceed to deliver the gift at the earliest without notice.
